The production of pipes includes vibropressed concrete and reinforced concrete pipes according YUS UN1 051 regulation(measures, straightness and waterproofing dark pressure).
Vibropressed concrete and reinforced concrete pipes are used for: off take of foul water, rain water and technological water, construction of hydroelectric plants.
They are produced with a diameter of 100,150,200,250,300,400,500,600,800,
1000,1200 and 1500mm and length of 1000, 2000 and 2500mm.
The vibropressed pipes from the regular production process can be concrete or reinforced concrete.
Which tipe of pipe will be used depends on the following: type of trench in which the pipe would be placed, height of the filled material above vertex of the pipe, type of filling material, bulk density, angle of internal friction, traffic load and type of bed.
Besides the production of pipes, the factory "Karpos" S.C Skopje also includes production of manholes and accessory elements with different forms and dimensions.
The joining of the pipes and manholes is done with screw plugs d=16-24mm.
The stacking of the pipes is in vertical position on a flat and clean surface.
The loading is mechanical; the transportation is done with trucks, drawers and railway in a vertical and horizontal position depending on the profile of the pipe.
