The production of elements for reinforced concrete bridges includes: footbridge elements type "Karpos", reinforced concrete bridge piles, reinforced concrete spun columns, decorative slabs, cable pipes and curbs
The reinforced concrete pickets and columns are used for the substructure of the bridge. The footbridge elements and the decorative slabs, cable pipes and curbs make the superstructure of the bridge. The footbridge elements are made with a span of 2-15m. Their static system is simple beam. The calculation of the footbridge elements is made with loads according regulations such as: with a vehicle of 600kN for a first category road and a vehicle of 300kN for a second category road.
The length of the pickets is 12m. They are placed at distance of 0.90-1.20m,depending on bearing capacity of the ground.
The columns are produced in two types: type "A" with a constant cross section of 0.36m and a length of 4.0-8.0m, type "B" with variable cross section and length from 4.0-8.0m.
Possible, by order, is production of all bridge elements.
